Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, garment bags, and protective seals are intact and undamaged.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
